MY MISSION

A big reason why I started this program was because at one point I was unhappy and constantly stressed. I was 30 pounds overweight, not comfortable in my own skin, and nothing I tried seemed to get the results I was looking for! I was embarrassed with my body and couldn’t takeoff my shirt on public beaches without feeling insecure. It took me years of trial and error until I really found out what worked best for me and allowed me to sustain long term weight loss results.

So, I decided to go out and help others that were in my same situation! I saved many people the time and energy of having to find out what’s best for them and their bodies. I’ve helped over 100 busy guys lose 15-30lbs, regain their confidence, and minimize future health risks.
